a new experience
I am going on my first aeroplane trip soon.
I’m not scared of flying, I’ve just never had the opportunity. I am nervous and excited. I’ve not been abroad since I was 8 or 9 years old and then we went on a ferry. That’s 40 years ago!!!!
So, I am doing something completely new to me.
I have some anxiety about this but since learning mindfulness I have strategies to deal with this. Most of the anxiety is fear of the unknown. I do not know what to expect. I’ve never been in an airport, I’ve never been on a plane, it’s all new to me. I don’t know what happens there.
